The Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2020 Organic is a high-end corpinnat, made primarily from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, and a touch of Monastrell, traditional Penedès varieties that provide freshness, structure, and Mediterranean character. It is produced using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging of over 52 months on lees, without added sugar (Brut Nature), following organic and biodynamic practices. On the nose and palate, it stands out for its freshness and complexity, with aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and subtle bakery notes from aging, creamy texture, lively and balanced acidity, resulting in a dry, elegant, and persistent sparkling wine, with a long, gastronomic finish.

Appearance:
It shows a pale straw-yellow color with very delicate golden highlights. Its bubbles are fine and persistent, forming an elegant bead in the glass, a sign of its extended aging and high quality.
Nose:
It is elegant and complex. Aromas of ripe white fruit, such as apricot and peach, stand out, along with delicate hints of confectionery and toasted notes. Balsamic and citrus nuances, as well as subtle mineral touches, are also perceptible, adding freshness and depth to the whole.
Palate
It is creamy and structured, with very fine bubbles that caress the palate. The acidity is lively, balancing citrus notes like lemon and mandarin with ripe fruit and aromas of Mediterranean undergrowth. The final sensation is mineral and balsamic, with a long, clean finish and a noble bitter touch that adds complexity.
