Lanzarote is made with 100% Malvasía Volcánica grapes, the native Canary variety that expresses the fruit and the volcanic soil’s minerality exceptionally well. It is produced using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a long lees aging of at least five years. On the nose and palate, it stands out for its clean and elegant flavors and aromas of fresh white fruit and citrus with floral hints, along with bakery notes and Atlantic minerality.
