Sumarroca Letargia Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2012 75cl

Sumarroca Letargia Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2012
Appearance:
It has a pale yellow color with golden highlights that attest to its long aging. The bubbles are very fine, persistent, and well-integrated, forming long, lingering streams that reflect the quality of its aging and the care taken with the traditional method.
Nose:
Aromatically, it is intense and complex. It opens with notes of fresh white fruit, especially apple, accompanied by citrus nuances that lend it vitality. As it breathes, aromas of pastry, yeast, and light toast emerge, characteristic of its extended aging. Subtle mineral touches reminiscent of flint also appear, adding depth and character.
Palate
On the palate, it presents a creamy and perfectly integrated mousse, with an elegant and delicate sensation. Stone fruit, such as peach and ripe pear, is clearly present, balanced by a firm acidity that lends freshness. Its finish is long and harmonious, leaving a persistent aftertaste with notes of fine pastry and subtle toast.
