The Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Heredad is made from 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay. It undergoes over 24 months of bottle aging on the lees before disgorgement, allowing it to develop greater complexity through autolysis and gentle “poignettage” to reincorporate the lees. It offers an elegant profile with aromas and flavors of honey, nuts, floral notes, pastry, and brioche, complemented by fruity hints, soft creaminess, balanced acidity, and fine, persistent bubbles.
