Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright, accompanied by fine and persistent bubbles that form a soft foam.
Nose:
Aromas of fresh white fruit (apple, pear), citrus fruits such as lime, subtle tropical notes, floral touches and light hints of honey, nuts and pastries from aging on lees.
Palate
Dry, with good acidity that provides freshness; dominant fruity flavors of apple, lime, and pineapple, well combined with elegant notes derived from aging. The bubbles are fine and soft, with a creamy mouthfeel; long, balanced, and persistent finish.
