Appearance:
Bright straw-yellow color with very soft golden reflections. It shows fine, abundant, and persistent bubbles, forming a continuous stream and a delicate crown on the surface, indicating good integration of the carbonation and proper aging.
Nose:
Medium-high aromatic intensity with a clean profile. In the foreground, fresh white fruits such as apple and pear appear, accompanied by notes of stone fruit (apricot and peach). With aeration, delicate floral nuances (white flowers) emerge, along with a light citrus hint that adds freshness. Aging on lees contributes subtle bakery notes, fine yeast, and a slight creamy background that adds complexity without overpowering the fruity character.
Palate
Fresh and lively entry, with balanced acidity that provides tension and lightness. The bubbles are fine and well integrated, offering a creamy sensation on the palate.
