The Raimat El Cim del Turó is an organic Brut Nature Reserva *Cava* crafted from an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With a minimum of 15 months bottle aging, it develops expressive complexity. This fresh and complex *Cava* shows a bright yellow color with greenish reflections, citrus and fruity aromas with hints of pastry, and a lively, creamy, and balanced palate, finishing long and persistent.
Raimat manages 2,245 hectares of 100% organic vineyards and applies regenerative viticulture practices that promote biodiversity, reduce environmental impact, and improve energy efficiency.

Appearance:

Aromatically, it is intense and elegant, dominated by fresh notes of grapefruit, lemon, and green apple, which combine with hints of peach and apricot jam. Aging adds nuances of fine pastries, brioche, and light creamy touches, rounding out its complexity.
Palate

Citrus fruit flavors, apple, and honeydew melon stand out, balanced by a clean, well-defined acidity that lends great freshness.
