It undergoes extended aging: the Chardonnay ferments and ages in new French Allier oak barrels, while the base wine remains on its lees for 30 to 48 months. In terms of flavor, it offers a very elegant profile: fruity aromas of Chardonnay combined with toasted notes and hints of barrel aging. On the palate, it is structured and flavorful, with ripe fruit, a touch of vanilla from the barrel, minerality, and a refreshing finish.
