Bollinger Rosé 1,5L (magnum)
The Bollinger Rosé is an elegant and structured Champagne, made from 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. Its distinctive pink color is achieved by the addition of 5-6% red wine from the Verzenay and Aÿ plots. It has a minimum aging of 3 years in its cellars, which allows it to develop a fine and persistent bubble and a notable aromatic complexity, combining ripe red fruits with spicy notes and a touch of bakery typical of autolysis.
Bollinger is one of the most iconic champagne houses with a very distinctive style, known for its richness, intensity, and structure. Its signature grape is the Pinot Noir, which dominates its blends and gives it a powerful and complex character.
Magnum, which is 1.5 liters. Magnum comes from Latin and means “large” or “magnificent.” It is equivalent to two standard 0.75L bottles.
Bollinger Rosé
Appearance:
It has a bright pink color with subtle golden hues, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles that demonstrate its prolonged aging.
Nose:
It stands out for its complexity, with aromas of red fruits such as red currant, cherry and wild strawberry, complemented by a spicy touch similar to that of the Special Cuvée.
Palate
