Appearance:
Lemon yellow in color with golden highlights. Creamy, well-integrated bubbles.
Nose:
Aromas of fruit (apple) and white flowers (chamomile flower) on a fragrant base of banana, brioche, anise, and camembert cheese. Soft and refreshing herbaceous notes.
Palate
On the palate it is smooth, balanced and with a long and sweet finish.
