The Abele 1757 Le Sourire de Reims Brut Millésime 2013 is the prestigious cuvée of the Abelé 1757 house, made from a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, aged for at least ten years in the historic underground cellars.
It displays a golden color with fine, delicate bubbles, while the nose reveals an elegant and floral composition with notes of summer honey, licorice, white pepper, brioche, and spiced ginger, all resting on a powerful and voluptuous structure with defined minerality and a long, enchanting finish.

Abelé 1757 is one of the oldest and most respected houses in the region. Founded in Reims in 1757 by merchant Joseph Abelé, it stands out for its traditional approach and constant pursuit of excellence in production.

Appearance:
Light golden color with bright reflections, fine, delicate and persistent bubbles.

Nose:
Complex and elegant, with aromas of white flowers, jasmine and white tea, ripe and preserved yellow fruits, light honey, along with hints of exotic spices and a mineral background.

Palate
Creamy and voluptuous entry, balanced between freshness and maturity, with notes of red fruits from the Pinot Noir and brioche, toasted nuances, and candied ginger from the Chardonnay.
