Oddbird, founded in Sweden in 2013, is produced 100% from Glera, sourced from the province of Treviso in Italy’s Veneto region, using only high-quality DOC and DOCG vineyards. The wine is crafted using traditional methods, ensuring it preserves the authentic expression of the grape and the terroir.
Before its dealcoholization, the sparkling wine matures for over 12 months, allowing it to develop complexity, fine bubbles, and structure. Finally, it is gently dealcoholized, preserving all the aromas, flavors, and natural character of the wine, offering an elegant and sophisticated alternative to conventional Prosecco.
