The Abelé 1757 Blanc de Blancs is one of the house’s most prestigious cuvées. It is a Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay, the result of a minimum aging of 3 years. It stands out for its finesse, liveliness, and deep mineral character. Fresh and elegant, it offers floral aromas and white fruit notes such as peach, apple, and pear. On the palate, it is creamy, mineral, and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Abelé 1757 is one of the oldest and most respected houses in the region. Founded in Reims in 1757 by merchant Joseph Abelé, it stands out for its traditional approach and constant pursuit of excellence in production.

Appearance:
Pale gold color with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Delicate aromas of flowers such as hawthorn and acacia, followed by ripe fruity notes of white peach, Granny Smith apple and Conference pear.
Palate
Creamy and full-bodied onset, with fine, persistent bubbles. The palate reveals vibrant freshness, with mineral, chalky notes, and a long, harmonious finish dominated by grapefruit notes.
