Appearance:
Pale yellow with golden reflections, clean and bright. Very fine and consistent bubbles, forming an elegant and persistent ring on the surface.
Nose:
Initial aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. Over time, white fruits and vineyard peach appear, along with delicate hints of brioche and toasted bread.
Palate
A lively and dry attack, with well-integrated acidity and a creamy mousse. Citrus and white fruit flavors predominate, with a long, fruity and mineral finish.
