Appearance:
Bright golden color with very fine and persistent bubbles, forming a delicate and elegant string in the glass.
Nose:
Clean, fresh, and powerful aromas: lemon, fine pastries, dried flowers, freshly baked bread (brioche/leavened), and smoky or rye dough notes. Nectarine and acacia are also perceptible.
Palate
On the palate, it is dry, flavorful, very fresh and crisp, with a creamy profile and fine, lively bubbles. Prominent notes of bakery aromas, citrus, white fruits (pears, green apple, nectarine) and subtle toastiness; elegant texture, vibrant acidity, and a long finish.
