J.P. Chenet Blanc de Blancs Brut NV is a French sparkling wine made from a blend of traditional white grapes: Airén, Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Chardonnay. It is a non-vintage wine, and its second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks for six months, which adds a certain complexity. It is fresh and expressive, with aromas and flavors of white fruits and citrus accompanied by a subtle hint of brioche from the autolysis.
