Cava made primarily from Trepat and Pinot Noir, designed for a fresh and casual style; it is produced using the traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle and short aging, aimed at preserving primary aromas rather than the complexity of long aging. On the nose and palate, red fruits like strawberry and currant dominate, with citrus touches of grapefruit, a fine bubble, and a soft, refreshing, slightly sweet sensation, ideal to enjoy very cold or even with ice.
