Torelló Special Edition Barcelona Brut Reserva 2022
Appearance:
Bright new gold color with delicate gray-golden reflections. Clean and transparent, it develops a string of fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose:
Sweet and fresh aromas reminiscent of almond, dry clay, and wildflowers. These combine with notes of mint, fennel, candied fruit, brioche, and yeast, all on a delicate mineral background.
Palate
On the palate, it displays energy and freshness, with a quick and vibrant character. It evolves into a well-structured wine, with flavors of ripe summer fruit, good acidity, hints of bread aged on its lees, and a long, balanced, and constantly developing finish.
