Complex and elegant, with floral notes (jasmine, peony), citrus and stone fruit that combine with spicy nuances (cardamom, anise), hints of cocoa and toasted aromas resulting from its long aging.
Palate
Vibrant acidity integrated into an elegant structure; flavors of peach, nectarine, citrus, and subtle saline minerality. The texture is rich and enveloping, with a refined tactile feel.
