Clos Mont Blanc Brut Rosé 75cl
Clos Mont-Blanc Brut Rosé is a rosé cava that stands out for its authenticity: made exclusively with Trepat grapes and aged carefully using traditional methods. Clos Mont-Blanc Brut Rosé is aged for a minimum of 10 months in the bottle. It has fresh, fruity aromas and elegant bubbles. Its freshness on the nose and palate makes it a versatile option for appetizers and light pairings.
The Clos Mont-Blanc winery was founded in 1988 by the Carbonell Figueras family, who have more than 300 years of winemaking tradition in the region. It is located in Barberà de la Conca (Tarragona), near the medieval town of Montblanc and the Poblet Monastery, cultural symbols of Catalonia.

Clos Mont Blanc Brut Rosé
Appearance:
It presents a bright cherry-pink color, which appears clean and attractive, accompanied by fine, persistent and abundant bubbles that enhance its liveliness in the glass.
Nose:
It stands out for its fresh and vibrant aromas of ripe strawberry, characteristic of the Trepat grape, which intertwine with notes of raspberry and wild strawberries. Touches of apple and citrus are also perceptible in certain batches, adding freshness, along with subtle mineral nuances and a delicate lactic undertone that give it greater aromatic complexity.
Palate
It offers a smooth and harmonious entry, where the notes of fresh strawberry reappear clearly. Its balanced acidity gives it a refreshing character, while its profile is dry yet creamy, with a persistent and clean finish. As a distinctive detail, it leaves a subtle saline and mineral sensation on the finish, which enhances its elegance and complexity.
