El Nuria Clavero Blanc de Noirs Brut Gran Reserva 2016 (limited edition) is a sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes from Paraje Rosendo, a vineyard with calcareous and stony soils. It undergoes a long aging process, which exceeds 40 months on the lees and 6 months after disgorgement, with some batches aged for over 90 months. It offers a fresh and mineral profile, with aromas of red fruits and pastries, while on the palate it shows vibrant acidity, notes of exotic fruits, and a persistent, elegant, and balanced finish.
