Jaume Serra Bouquet Rosé
Appearance:
It shows an intense, bright pink color with slight salmon-hued highlights. The bubbles are very fine and steady, forming a persistent stream that rises slowly, indicative of its quality and good carbonation. The tears left on the glass are light and elegant.
Nose:
On the nose it is very expressive and fresh. Red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry predominate, accompanied by notes of pomegranate. Light citrus nuances also appear, adding freshness, along with a delicate floral background. The aromatic intensity is medium to high, balancing fruit and subtlety.
Palate
On the palate it is fruity, smooth, and well balanced, with refreshing acidity that adds vibrancy. The bubbles are perfectly integrated, providing a creamy sensation and gentle effervescence. The body is medium, with a long, elegant finish where notes of red fruits and a subtle bakery touch from fermentation are perceived. It is a fresh, versatile, and very pleasant cava, ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes.
