Bolle Rosé is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine made mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, designed to preserve the experience of a classic sparkling wine. Its production includes a preliminary fermentation and a second fermentation after dealcoholization, although it has no prolonged aging on lees like traditional sparkling wines. On the nose and palate, it stands out for a fresh and dry profile, with fine bubbles, aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and other red fruits, subtle floral hints, and balanced acidity that provides a clean and elegant finish.
