The Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Blancs is a Reserva cava made with Chardonnay, Parellada, Xarel·lo and Macabeo, which ages for more than 9 months on lees to gain complexity. It has a bright yellow color and fine bubbles, offering aromas of tropical fruits and citrus fruits combined with notes of brioche. It is fresh, creamy and long, with good acidity and a round texture.
Codorníu is the oldest winery in Spain, founded in 1551 in Catalonia. It is a pioneer in the production of cava, a symbol of innovation in sparkling wines. It sells around 57 million bottles annually, leading the Spanish cava market and with a presence in more than 50 countries.
