Appearance:
Straw-yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. It shows a very fine and persistent mousse, with delicate streams of bubbles that indicate long aging.
Nose:
Aromatically complex and intense, with notes of stone fruit such as peach and apricot, alongside ripe apple. Citrus and herbal nuances are also present, along with a clear evolution from aging, revealing hints of pastry, dried nuts (almond, hazelnut), and light toasted notes.
