The Ruinart Brut Rosé is a champagne made mainly from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier; part of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine to provide color and character. It is a non-vintage champagne, with lees aging of around 2 to 3 years, giving it fine bubbles and aromatic complexity. On the palate and nose, it stands out for its fresh and expressive profile, with notes of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), exotic fruits such as pomegranate or lychee, floral hints of rose, light spicy nuances, and a subtle brioche background, resulting in a balanced, elegant, and persistent finish.
