The Veuve Clicquot New Rich Blanc is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, with a high proportion of reserve wines. It undergoes a lees aging of around 30 months and has a higher dosage, giving it a sweet, fresh, and fruity style. Flavors of exotic and white fruits such as pineapple, mango, and melon stand out, with a harmonious and persistent finish, ideal for enjoying very cold or over ice.

Appearance:
Intense and bright pink color with coppery highlights and fine, persistent bubbles, designed to be enjoyed very chilled or over ice.
Nose:
Explosive and expressive aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, combined with exotic notes like pineapple or watermelon and fresh hints of peppermint or lemongrass; subtle floral and gentle spicy touches may also emerge, adding complexity.
Palate
Smooth and luscious on the palate, with a blend of intense red fruits and tropical notes, creamy and rounded texture, balanced acidity, and a long, fruity, and fresh finish where the fruits reappear along with subtle spicy hints (such as ginger or white pepper) and toasted bread, all enhanced by a higher sugar dosage (≈55–60 g/L) for a bold and hedonistic profile.
