The Moet & Chandon Impérial Rosé is made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, with the red varieties predominating to provide structure and fruity notes. Elegant aromas of red fruit and floral nuances, with a fresh, balanced, and slightly creamy palate. Aged on lees for 18–24 months, it is ideal served chilled as an aperitif or alongside delicate dishes.
Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. His grandson, Jean-Rémy Moët, was the one who turned it into a world-renowned brand, partly thanks to his friendship with Napoleon Bonaparte, to whom he dedicated the name "Impérial".
