Torelló Special Edition Barcelona Brut Reserva is a Corpinnat Brut Reserva created to pay tribute to Barcelona. It is an organic Corpinnat produced at the historic Can Martí estate (Alt Penedès) with a blend of 53% Xarel·lo, 24% Macabeo, and 23% Parellada. After a minimum 18 months of bottle aging, it offers an elegant and complex profile: golden-yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles; aromas of white flowers, ripe fruit, brioche, and subtle herbal and mineral notes; and on the palate, it is fresh, structured, and flavorful, with good acidity and long persistence.

Appearance:
A bright golden yellow color with delicate gray-gold highlights. Clean and transparent, it develops a string of fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose:
Sweet and fresh aromas reminiscent of almond, dry clay, and wildflowers. These combine with notes of mint, fennel, candied fruit, brioche, and yeast, all on a delicate mineral background.
Palate
On the palate, it displays energy and freshness, with a quick and vibrant character. It evolves into a well-structured wine, with flavors of ripe summer fruit, good acidity, hints of bread aged on its lees, and a long, balanced, and constantly developing finish.
