The Maset Brut Reserva 2020 is a Cava made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada with a minimum aging of 30 months. This Cava is dry and lively, with fine, creamy bubbles, notes of white fruits and bakery, and a long, persistent finish.

Appearance:
Pale yellow in color with straw-like reflections.
Nose:
On the nose, ripe white fruit (pear and peach) stands out, along with citrus notes (grapefruit peel) and a fragrant aniseed background (fennel). Hints of aging (toasted bread and brioche), acacia blossom, and black pepper.
Palate
On the palate it is dry and lively, with fine, creamy bubbles. Notes of white fruit and pastry. Long and persistent finish.
