It is aged for 96 months on lees after fermentation in the bottle, developing fine bubbles, a creamy texture and aromatic complexity.

Bon Courage Jacques Bruére Brut Reserve 2014 offers a dry, fresh and elegant flavor, with notes of yellow fruit, citrus and brioche, a creamy texture and a long finish.

Founded in 1927 in Robertson, South Africa, Bon Courage Wine Estate is a family-run winery renowned for its Cap Classique and traditional white and red wines. Its Jacques Bruére range excels at producing elegant sparkling wines using traditional fermentation and extended lees aging.
