The U més U Cygnus Albireo Brut is a young and fresh cava, made from 35% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada, with subtle complexity from its minimum aging of 12 months on the lees. It is a fresh and elegant cava, with clear aromas combining ripe white fruit (apple and pear) with citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it stands out for its balance, vibrant acidity, and a clean, persistent finish.
The names are inspired by the stars of the Cygnus constellation and the grapes are grown in organic vineyards located at an altitude of over 350 meters in the Alt Penedès region.
The U Més U winery, formerly known as 1+1=3, stands out for its commitment to sustainable production, all its products have been certified organic since 2018 and for breaking away from conventional norms in winemaking.
