Este documento establece las condiciones generales de la relación contractual de intermediación en la compraventa de los productos ofrecidos en este sitio web, cuyo titular es MAWIRONI, S.L. (en adelante, «MAWIRONI»), con domicilio social en carrer de la Boix 46, nave 2 del poligono 13 (Sector PAU 27), Mas Alba Ponent, 08870 Sitges, (Barcelona), y NIF B-19499169, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, Tomo 1000433181465, Folio 1, Hoja B-623127, Inscripción 1, y las personas físicas y/o jurídicas (en adelante, el «CLIENTE») que manifiestan su deseo de adquirir los productos mediante una solicitud en línea a través de este sitio web.
La solicitud del CLIENTE de los términos y condiciones específicos a los que se refieren estas condiciones, que deberá aceptar en línea antes de comprar el Producto, se le informará de estas condiciones en este mismo sitio web para que las lea, imprima, archive y acepte. Estas condiciones generales, junto con la compra del Producto por parte del CLIENTE, implican la formalización del contrato de compraventa entre MAWIRONI y el CLIENTE, quien declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado estas condiciones. El CLIENTE siempre podrá consultar estas condiciones generales en el sitio web.
UNO. LEY APLICABLE:
Las presentes Condiciones Generales se sujetan a lo dispuesto en la normativa y ley en defensa de los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios, así como en materia de contratación electrónica.
DOS. OBJETO DEL ACUERDO:
Mediante las presentes Condiciones Generales, MAWIRONI se compromete a proporcionar al CLIENTE el Producto solicitado en el sitio web a cambio de un precio determinado.
Al adquirir el Producto disponible en este sitio web, el CLIENTE declara:
a) Considerando que es una persona física mayor de edad y con capacidad para celebrar el presente contrato.
b) Considerando que ha leído, comprendido y acepta las presentes Condiciones Generales de Contratación.
TRES. MODIFICACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES:
MAWIRONI se reserva el derecho de modificar estas Condiciones Generales en cualquier momento, sin necesidad de informar previamente al CLIENTE. En cualquier caso, el CLIENTE es responsable de revisarlas como requisito previo a la compra de cualquier producto disponible en este sitio web. No obstante, las Condiciones Generales indicadas en el sitio web al adquirir el Producto se considerarán válidas y aplicables.
CUATRO. DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE MAWIRONI:
4.1. Entrega del producto: MAWIRONI se compromete a entregar el producto en buen estado en la dirección que el CLIENTE indique en el formulario de pedido, que incluye las condiciones específicas adjuntas a estas Condiciones Generales. MAWIRONI no se responsabiliza de ningún error que se produzca durante la entrega si los datos incluidos por el CLIENTE en el formulario de pedido son incorrectos o se han omitido. Las entregas se realizarán de lunes a viernes laborables. Los plazos de entrega son estimados y MAWIRONI no se responsabiliza de los retrasos en la entrega. Se realizan entregas en toda España, incluidas las Islas Baleares. MAWIRONI no será responsable de ningún retraso en la entrega por causas exclusivamente imputables al transportista o por factores imprevisibles o incontrolables a los que no esté obligado a someterse.
En caso de no disponibilidad del producto solicitado, MAWIRONI informará al CLIENTE, quien podrá recuperar el importe pagado sin demora. La notificación se realizará por correo electrónico o al número de teléfono proporcionado por el CLIENTE. En ese momento, MAWIRONI podrá ofrecer al CLIENTE la opción de sustituir el producto adquirido por otro de características y calidad similares, sin coste adicional.
4.2. Responsabilidad de MAWIRONI: En ningún caso será responsable en relación con:
4.2.1. Cualquier error, retraso en el acceso del CLIENTE al introducir sus datos o cualquier anomalía que pueda surgir cuando estos incidentes se deban a problemas de internet, fuerza mayor o cualquier evento imprevisible no imputable a la buena fe de la empresa. En cualquier caso, MAWIRONI se compromete a resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir y a ofrecer todo el apoyo necesario al CLIENTE para encontrar una solución rápida y satisfactoria al incidente.
4.2.2. Cualquier error o daño producido por un uso ineficiente y negligente del Producto por parte del CLIENTE.
4.2.3. Falta de operatividad o problemas con la dirección de correo electrónico de confirmación del pedido proporcionada por el CLIENTE.
4.2.4. MAWIRONI trabaja con un proveedor logístico externo y sus retrasos logísticos están fuera del control de MAWIRONI.
4.3. Garantías:
En caso de que el producto llegue en mal estado, MAWIRONI se compromete a sustituirlo por uno nuevo. Para ello, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a info@espumosos.keliam.com con fotos del producto donde se puede apreciar su mal estado.
4.4. Derecho de desistimiento:
Dada la naturaleza de los productos de MAWIRONI y de conformidad con el artículo 103 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, sobre Protección de los Consumidores y Usuarios, el derecho de desistimiento no procede cuando el servicio haya sido completamente prestado, cuando dicha prestación haya comenzado, con el previo consentimiento expreso del consumidor y usuario y con su reconocimiento de que es consciente de que, una vez ejecutado completamente el contrato por el prestador, habrá perdido su derecho de desistimiento.
CINCO. DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DEL CLIENTE:
5.1. Pago: El CLIENTE se compromete a pagar por adelantado el Producto efectivamente solicitado, en la cantidad y forma que se indica a continuación:
5.1.1. Importe: El precio del Producto adquirido por el CLIENTE será el indicado en el sitio web y se incluirá en la solicitud específica que realice en cada momento. Estas solicitudes constituirán los términos y condiciones específicos de cada pedido. Los precios de los productos indicados en el sitio web incluyen el IVA.
Los gastos de envío correspondientes deberán añadirse al precio indicado en el sitio web para cada producto ofrecido. MAWIRONI deberá informar al CLIENTE del coste del envío antes de finalizar la compra y en el correo electrónico de confirmación.
5.1.2. Formas de pago: El CLIENTE deberá abonar el importe correspondiente a su pedido mediante:
– Depósito / Transferencia Bancaria: A través de nuestra cuenta MAWIRONI, ya
sea mediante depósito directo en nuestra cuenta o mediante transferencia bancaria.

– Tarjeta de crédito: Introduciendo sus datos en el TPV virtual del sitio web. Al aceptar este método de pago, el CLIENTE confirma estar autorizado a utilizar la tarjeta en cuestión para este fin y ser su titular.
PayPal: Para lo cual el CLIENTE declara disponer de una cuenta activa con dicho proveedor de servicios de pago, aceptando las condiciones de dicho servicio.
Bizum: Para lo cual el CLIENTE declara disponer de una cuenta activa con dicho proveedor de servicios de pago, aceptando las condiciones de dicho servicio.
5.2. Responsabilidad del CLIENTE: Será responsabilidad del CLIENTE:
5.2.1. El CLIENTE asume todos los riesgos de desgaste, daño, deterioro y pérdida del Producto desde el momento en que un tercero le entregue los productos solicitados en nombre de MAWIRONI.
5.2.2. El CLIENTE se compromete a comprobar el correcto estado del Producto en presencia del tercero que entregue el Producto solicitado en nombre de MAWIRONI, indicando al mismo tiempo cualquier anomalía en el embalaje que se detecte.
Si una vez revisado el contenido, el CLIENTE detecta cualquier incidencia, como abolladuras, roturas o cualquier desperfecto ocasionado por la entrega, se compromete a comunicarlo a MAWIRONI en el plazo de 48 horas desde la recepción del producto.
SEIS. RESPONSABILIDAD:
6.1. Bajo ninguna circunstancia MAWIRONI será responsable de:
6.1.1. La producción de cualquier tipo de daño que el CLIENTE o terceros puedan causar al sitio web.
6.2. MAWIRONI se reserva el derecho a suspender el acceso sin previo aviso y de forma discrecional, permanente o temporal, hasta que se pueda garantizar la efectiva responsabilidad por los daños derivados. Además, MAWIRONI deberá cooperar con la autoridad competente y notificar estos incidentes tan pronto como tenga conocimiento fehaciente de que el daño causado constituye algún tipo de actividad ilegal.
6.3. Productos y responsabilidad el contenido de los productos
i. Mawironi actúa como plataforma de venta y distribución de productos comercializados por fabricantes y proveedores externos. Las descripciones, ingredientes, composiciones, características, advertencias y cualquier otra información relativa a los productos son proporcionadas por los propios fabricantes o proveedores.
ii. Mawironi no es responsable del contenido, composición, ingredientes, fórmulas, calidad, seguridad, etiquetado ni posibles efectos de los productos comercializados en el Sitio Web.
iii. La responsabilidad sobre dicha información recae exclusivamente en el fabricante o proveedor del producto. El usuario es responsable de revisar cuidadosamente la información del producto antes de su consumo o uso, incluyendo ingredientes, advertencias, alérgenos y recomendaciones del fabricante.
iv. Mawironi no se hace responsable de daños, perjuicios o efectos adversos derivados del consumo o uso de los productos adquiridos a través del Sitio Web.
v. El uso y consumo de los productos se realiza bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad del usuario. En caso de dudas, intolerancias, alergias o condiciones específicas, se recomienda consultar con un profesional cualificado antes de consumir cualquier producto.
vi. espumosos.es no será responsable de: Daños directos o indirectos derivados del uso o consumo de los productos, Errores u omisiones en la información proporcionada por los fabricantes. Incumplimientos atribuibles a terceros proveedores.
6.4. Consumo responsable
i. Mawironi promueve el consumo responsable de bebidas alcohólicas. La venta de productos alcohólicos está destinada exclusivamente a mayores de la edad legal permitida según la legislación vigente.
ii. El consumo excesivo de alcohol puede ser perjudicial para la salud. Mawironi no se hace responsable del uso indebido, abusivo o irresponsable de los productos adquiridos a través del Sitio Web. El usuario asume plena responsabilidad por el consumo de los productos, comprometiéndose a hacerlo de forma moderada y responsable.
iii. Se recomienda no consumir bebidas alcohólicas durante el embarazo, la conducción de vehículos, el manejo de maquinaria o en situaciones que requieran plena atención.
SIETE. FACTURA ELECTRÓNICA:
El CLIENTE acepta expresamente recibir facturas electrónicas por las compras realizadas en MAWIRONI. La factura se enviará a la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada por el CLIENTE durante el proceso de registro.

OCHO. JURISDICCIÓN COMPETENTE Y LEY APLICABLE:
Las presentes Condiciones Generales se rigen por la legislación española. Se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 de la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, para determinar el lugar de venta al que se aplican las presentes Condiciones Generales.
Cuando el CLIENTE no tenga la consideración de consumidor, cualquier controversia relativa a la interpretación o ejecución de las presentes Condiciones Generales de Contratación se someterá a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Barcelona (España).
NUEVE. NULIDAD DE LAS CLÁUSULAS:
En caso de que alguna cláusula de estos Términos y Condiciones Generales sea declarada nula, todas las demás cláusulas seguirán vigentes y se interpretarán conforme a la voluntad de las partes y a la finalidad de estos términos y condiciones. MAWIRONI no podrá ejercer ninguno de los derechos y facultades conferidos en este documento, lo que en ningún caso implicará la renuncia a los mismos, salvo reconocimiento expreso por parte de MAWIRONI.
DIEZ. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
10.1 Responsabilidad del cliente
10.1.1 El cliente se pondrá en contacto con MAWIRONI en un plazo de 48 horas tras la recepción del pedido.
Asegúrese de incluir:
o Confirmación del pedido
o Fotos de los productos que desea devolver
o Motivo de la devolución*
10.1.2 Plazo para la devolución: 14 días tras la recepción de los productos.
10.2 Motivos no aceptados para la devolución
– El cliente es responsable de revisar el paquete al recibir los productos. No se aceptarán devoluciones de paquetes con signos evidentes de daños en el exterior que debieron detectarse al recibir el paquete.
– Producto no conforme a su gusto
– Daños mínimos en las etiquetas, estuches o cajas de regalo
– Daños en las cajas de regalo utilizadas para su protección
– Las etiquetas o los paquetes difieren de las imágenes del sitio web
– Se ha superado el plazo de devolución
– La botella ha sido abierta (excepto si el contenido del producto está mal).
o Esta es la única excepción en la que podemos aceptar una botella abierta. En este caso, necesitamos recibir la botella abierta devuelta. Por favor, asegúrese de que la botella esté bien cerrada y devuélvala con el contenido restante.
No se aceptan devoluciones de botellas vacías.
ONCE: DERECHO DE TERMINAR LA RELACIÓN
MAWIRONI se reserva el derecho de cancelar la cuenta del cliente si este incumple cualquiera de los puntos anteriores. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la cuenta del cliente en cualquier momento por cualquier uso indebido o inapropiado de estos términos y condiciones, o por cualquier comunicación verbal o escrita abusiva dirigida a cualquier miembro del equipo de Atención al Cliente. Se le informará de dicha cancelación por escrito. Nuestro servicio de atención al cliente opera e interactúa únicamente con el nombre de pila y no se divulgarán los apellidos por motivos de privacidad y seguridad personal.

This document sets forth the general terms and conditions for the contractual relationship involving the intermediation in the purchase and sale of the products offered on this website, the owner and proprietor of which is MAWIRONI, S.L. (hereinafter known as the “MAWIRONI”). with registered offices at carrer del Boix 46 nave 2 del poligono 13 (Sector PAU 27), Mas Alba Ponent,CP: 08870 Sitges (Spain), and Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-19499169, listed on the Companies Register of Barcelona under Volume 1000433181465, Folio 1, on page B-623127, Inscription 1, and the physical and/or legal persons (hereinafter known as the “CUSTOMER”) stating that they wish to purchase the products by way of an on-line request via this website.
The request by the CUSTOMER form the specific terms and conditions to which these terms and conditions are associated, which the CUSTOMER must accept on line before purchasing the Product. The CUSTOMER is informed of these terms and conditions on this same website so that they may be read, printed, filed and accepted. These general terms and conditions together with the purchase of the Product by the CUSTOMER imply the execution of the purchase agreement between MAWIRONI and the CUSTOMER, who declares to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The CUSTOMER may always consult these general terms and conditions on the website.
ONE. APPLICABLE LAW:
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the regulations and laws defending the rights of consumers and users, and those regarding electronic contracts.
TWO. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT:
By way of these General Terms and Conditions, MAWIRONI agrees to provide the CUSTOMER with the Product requested on the website in exchanged for a set price.
By purchasing the Product available on this website, the CUSTOMER declares:
a) Whereas he/she is an individual of legal age and with the capacity to enter into this agreement.
b) Whereas he/she has read and understood and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
THREE. ALTERATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
MAWIRONI reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time, without having to inform the CUSTOMER of such in advance. On all accounts, the CUSTOMER is responsible for reviewing them as a prerequisite to purchasing any product available on this website. The General Terms and Conditions indicated on the website when the CUSTOMER purchases the Product shall, however, be deemed valid and applicable.
FOUR. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MAWIRONI:
4.1. Delivery of the product: MAWIRONI undertakes to deliver the product in correct condition to the address that the CUSTOMER indicates on the order form that includes the specific conditions attached to these General Conditions. MAWIRONI shall not be responsible for any errors arising during delivery when the data included by the CUSTOMER on the order form are untrue or have been omitted. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday on working days. Delivery times are estimated and MAWIRONI is not responsible for any delays in delivery. Deliveries are made throughout Spain and the Balearic Islands. MAWIRONI shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery for reasons exclusively attributable to the forwarding agent or unforeseeable or uncontrollable factors for which it is not obliged to be subject.
Where the product requested is unavailable, MAWIRONI shall inform the CUSTOMER of such and the latter may recover the sums paid for the product without undue delay. Notification shall be made by e-mail or to the telephone number provided by the CUSTOMER. At this time, MAWIRONI may give the CUSTOMER the option of replacing the product purchased with another of similar characteristics and of the same quality at no extra cost.
MAWIRONI has the right to change promotions and product offers at any moment without any prior notification.
MAWIRONI can not guarantee availability of all products as discrepancies in stock or losses and damages might occur
MAWIRONI reserves the right to accept or reject any review of any product on its site.
4.2. Liability of MAWIRONI: Under no circumstances shall it be held liable in relation to:
4.2.1. Any errors, delays in access by the CUSTOMER when entering his/her details or any abnormality that may arise when these incidents are due to internet problems, force majeure or any unforeseeable event not attributable to the good faith of the company. On all accounts, MAWIRONI agrees to solve any problems that may arise and to offer all necessary support to the CUSTOMER to find a fast, satisfactory solution to the incident.
4.2.2. Any errors or damage produced due to inefficient and negligent use of the Product by the CUSTOMER.
4.2.3. Non-operability of or problems with the order confirmation e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER.
4.2.4. MAWIRONI works with a third party logistics provider and their logistical delays are out of MAWIRONI control.
4.2.5 Boxes for the large format bottles, whilst attractive, are considered to be protective in nature and therefore any damage to these in transit is not eligible for replacement or refund.
4.3. Warranties:
In the event that the product arrives in poor condition, MAWIRONI undertakes to replace it with a new one. To do so, you must send an email to info@espumosos.keliam.com with photos of the product where its poor condition can be seen. Please refer to our return policy.
4.4. Right of Withdrawal:
Given the nature of the products of MAWIRONI and in accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November on Consumer and User Protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully provided, when said provision has started, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgement that they aware that, once the contract has been executed in full by the provider, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
FIVE. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER:
5.1. Payment: The CUSTOMER agrees to pay in advance for the Product effectively requested, in the amount and manner indicated below:
5.1.1. Amount: The price of the Product purchased by the CUSTOMER shall be as indicated on the website and is included in the specific request made by the CUSTOMER at any given time. These requests shall form the specific terms and conditions of a given order. The prices of the products indicated on the website include VAT.
All appropriate delivery expenses must be added to the price indicated on the website for each of the products offered. MAWIRONI must inform the CUSTOMER of the cost of delivery expenses before the purchase is completed and in the e-mail sent to confirm the purchase.
5.1.2. Methods of payment: The CUSTOMER must pay the amount corresponding to his/her order by way of:
– Deposit / Bank Transfer: Through our MAWIRONI account, either by direct deposit into our account or by bank transfer. Orders paid via banktransfer will be cancelled if the funds are not received within 10 days after placing the order.

– Credit card: by entering your details into the virtual POS existing on the website. On accepting this method of payment, the CUSTOMER confirms to be authorised to use the card in question for this purpose and is the holder thereof.
PayPal: for which the CUSTOMER declares to have an active account with said payment services provider, accepting the conditions of said service.
Bizum: for which the CUSTOMER declares to have an active account with said payment services provider, accepting the conditions of said service.
5.2. Liability of the CUSTOMER: The following shall be the liability of the CUSTOMER:
5.2.1. The CUSTOMER accepts all risks of Product wear, harm, damage and loss as soon the ordered products are delivered to him or her by a third party on behalf of MAWIRONI.
5.2.2. The CUSTOMER undertakes to check the correct condition of the Product in the presence of the third party delivering the ordered Product on behalf of MAWIRONI, indicating any anomaly in the packaging that might be detected at that same time.
If, once the contents have been checked, the CUSTOMER detects any incident, such as dints, breakages or any imperfection caused by delivery, he or she undertakes to inform MAWIRONI of such within a 48 hours of receipt of the product.
5.2.3. The client shall not share log in details and allow others to place orders under their name.
5.2.4. Clients shall not write any reviews that are: untrue, misleading, indecent, harassing, discriminating, fraudulent.
5.2.5. Customers need to notify the online store maximum 10 days after order confirmation should an order not be received by the client. Failure to do so means the online store is not responsible for any loss nor any compensation or replacement.
SIX. LIABILITY:
6.1. Under no circumstances shall MAWIRONI be liable for:
6.1.1. The producing of any kind of damage that the CUSTOMER or third parties may cause to the website.
6.2. MAWIRONI reserves the right to suspend access without prior warning and in a discretionary and permanent or temporary manner until effective liability of any damages arising can be ensured. Furthermore, MAWIRONI shall cooperate with and notify the competent authority of these incidents as soon as it becomes reliably aware of the fact that the damage caused constitutes some kind of illegal activity.
6.3. Products and responsibility for product content
i. Mawironi acts as a sales and distribution platform for products marketed by external manufacturers and suppliers. Descriptions, ingredients, compositions, characteristics, warnings, and any other information relating to the products are provided by the manufacturers or suppliers themselves.
ii. Mawironi is not responsible for the content, composition, ingredients, formulas, quality, safety, labeling, or potential effects of the products sold on the Website.
iii. Responsibility for this information rests exclusively with the product manufacturer or supplier. The user is responsible for carefully reviewing product information before consumption or use, including ingredients, warnings, allergens, and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
iv. Mawironi is not liable for any damages, losses, or adverse effects arising from the consumption or use of products purchased through the Website.
v. The use and consumption of the products is the sole responsibility of the user. In case of doubts, intolerances, allergies, or specific conditions, it is recommended to consult a qualified professional before consuming any product.
vi. espumosos.es will not be liable for: Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or consumption of the products; errors or omissions in the information provided by the manufacturers; or breaches attributable to third-party suppliers.
6.4. Responsible Consumption
i. Mawironi promotes the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. The sale of alcoholic products is intended exclusively for individuals of legal drinking age as defined by current legislation.
ii. Excessive alcohol consumption can be harmful to your health. Mawironi is not responsible for the misuse, abuse, or irresponsibility of products purchased through the Website. The user assumes full responsibility for the consumption of the products, agreeing to do so in moderation and responsibly.
iii. It is recommended not to consume alcoholic beverages during pregnancy, while driving, operating machinery, or in situations requiring full attention.
SEVEN. E-INVOICE:
The CUSTOMER expressly agrees to receive e-invoices for the purchases made at MAWIRONI. The invoice shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER during the registration process.

EIGHT. COMPETENT JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW:
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The provisions of Article 29 of the Spanish Information Society and e-Commerce Law 34/2002 of 11 July shall apply in order to determine the location of sale to which these General Terms and Conditions are subject.
Where the CUSTOMER is not considered a consumer, any dispute regarding the interpreting or implementation of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
NINE. INVALIDITY OF CLAUSES:
Where any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is declared null and void, all other clauses shall remain valid and shall be interpreted in line with the will of the parties and the purpose of these terms and conditions. MAWIRONI may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which under no circumstances shall imply their waiving, except where expressly acknowledged by MAWIRONI.
TEN. Return policy
Responsibility of the customer.
Customer will contact MAWIRONI within 48 hours upon receiving the order.
Make sure to include:
- Order confirmation
- Pictures of the goods you want to return
- Reason for returning the goods*
- 10.1.2 Timeframe to return an order: 14 days after receiving the goods.
10.2 Unaccepted reasons for returning goods
– Client has the responsibility to check the package upon receiving the goods. We cannot accept the return of packages with clear outer case signs of damage that should have been detected upon receiving the package.
– Product not according to personal taste
– Minimal damages on labels/cases/giftboxes
– Damages to gift cases served for protection
– Labels/packages differ from pictures on website
– Timeframe to return has been exceeded
– Product has been fully consumed
-Bottle has been opened (with the exception of a product that is off)
– This is the only exception where we can accept an opened bottle. In this case we need to receive the opened returned. Please make sure the bottle is closed properly and return the bottle with the content that is left.
– We cannot accept returns of empty bottles for products that were off.
ELEVEN. Right of termination relationship
MAWIRONI has the right to terminate the clients account if the client fails to comply with any of the above. We reserve the right to terminate Customers using our services at any time for whatever we consider misappropriate or improper use of or not abiding by these terms and conditions, and or abusive verbal or written communication to or at any member of the Customer Services team. You will be informed of such termination in writing. Our customer services operate and interact on a first name basis only and last names will not be divulged for personal privacy and security.
