Presenta un color amarillo pajizo con reflejos dorados y burbujas finas y persistentes. Con aromas de crianza sobre fondos tostados como avellanas y pan tostado, complementados por notas de pasteler\u00eda. El cava es amplio, equilibrado, cremoso y delicadamente goloso, con un posgusto limpio y persistente donde reaparecen las notas tostadas y ligeros matices c\u00edtricos.<\/p>\n Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Pened\u00e8s region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Pened\u00e8s, Barcelona).
